Frequently asked questions
How noisy are the motors during operation?+

Can I control the curtains using my phone or voice?+
Absolutely. Terra motors can be integrated with mobile apps, RF remotes, wall keypads, and voice assistants like Alexa and Google Home.
What is the warranty period?+
Every Terra product comes with a 7-year warranty, ensuring long-term reliability and peace of mind.
What makes super silent curtain tracks different from standard curtain rails?+
Super silent curtain tracks use precision-engineered channels, smooth rollers and noise-reduction mechanisms that minimise friction and operating sound — ideal for bedrooms, offices, conference rooms, hotels and luxury interiors.
Are aluminium curtain tracks durable for heavy curtains?+
Yes, premium aluminium curtain tracks are highly durable, rust-resistant, lightweight, and capable of supporting medium to heavy curtains.
Which is better: ceiling mounted or wall mounted curtain tracks?+
Ceiling mounted tracks suit modern interiors, full-height curtains and larger windows for a clean, luxurious look. Wall mounted tracks are preferred for standard windows where ceiling fixing is not possible. Both offer strong support and smooth movement.
